Restorative Energy Healing

Energy healing is based on the understanding that the body is made of energy. My work focuses on identifying and releasing "energetic blocks"—specifically trapped emotions or subconscious beliefs—that can interfere with your natural state of health and inner peace. By clearing these, we allow your body and mind to return to their authentic, balanced state.

As a practitioner accredited by Dr. Bradley Nelson in all three levels, I use a tiered approach: The Emotion Code®: Focuses on releasing trapped emotional energies. The Body Code®: Addresses deeper physical and systemic imbalances. The Belief Code®: Targets the subconscious belief systems that shape your reality.

I offer two convenient remote options to fit your lifestyle: 1. Interactive Zoom Sessions This is a "face-to-face" experience where we meet via Zoom. This provides immediate feedback and a deep sense of connection. Once the session is complete, I will send you a comprehensive written report detailing every energetic block released and any insights discovered during the process. 2. Remote "Email-Only" Sessions This is the ultimate option for busy professionals, as you do not need to be on a call with me. You receive the same transformation without needing to clear your calendar.
